Our Services
Our appraisals typically include a full interior and exterior inspection of the subject property. Reports are completed using a minimum of 3 personally photographed closed sales comparables, and we also aerial and location maps, tax maps and plats, as well as a building sketch with exterior dimensions and GLA calculations.
